Refund Policy

• Cash payment is made after our team inspects your item(s) in person at pickup and confirms the final price.
• Once payment is made and the item is collected, the sale is final and non-reversible.
• If, on inspection, an item's condition differs materially from what was described or photographed, we may revise our offer or decline the purchase. In that case, no payment is made and no fee is charged to you.

• All items are pre-owned and sold as-is, based on the condition and photos shared with you before purchase. We encourage you to review photos, ask questions, or request a video call before confirming.
• Because our items are used furniture and appliances delivered directly to your home, we do not offer returns for change of mind once an item has been collected or delivered.
• If an item arrives damaged in transit, or is materially different from what was agreed (e.g. wrong item, missing parts not disclosed beforehand), notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the case and offer a repair, partial refund, replacement, or exchange at our discretion.

A scheduled pickup or delivery can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge by contacting us before our team departs for the appointment. No refund is applicable if a sale has already been completed and payment made.
